You have many strengths, skills, and insights through your life experiences, but those expertise can get buried under the stress or overwhelm of challenging situations. If you are feeling untethered by the chaos of life, I can help you re-connect with those things most important to you, build on those skills and create a more solid path forward.
Areas of Focus

Understand your emotional experiences, reduced distress, and build skills to manage anxiety, depression and stress.

Find support in navigating the emotional, practical, and identity-related impacts of living with chronic illness and other medical experiences.

Better understand your own ADHD, strengthen executive-functioning skills, and develop systems to help with focus and follow-through.
How I work
I primarily employ a narrative therapy approach. Narrative therapy is a collaborative approach to psychotherapy that helps people separate themselves from their problems. This separation allows them to gain new perspectives on the problems affecting their lives and allows us to work together to re-author those stories in ways that feel more authentic and promising.
Additionally, I incorporate elements of cognitive behavioural therapy, mindfulness and trauma counselling where appropriate. These added approaches help people further understand the challenging experiences of their lives and learn new skills that support them through difficult times.
