Emotional Wellbeing

Worries, anxiety, depression, stress, loss and relationship challenges can all affect your emotional wellbeing. You might notice feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of yourself in ways that weren’t there before. Or you might feel like you are constantly walking a tightrope, trying to balance the demands of everyday life while navigating difficult experiences. Sometimes these challenges can grow to take up so much space that they begin to affect how you see yourself and how you move through your life.

You don’t have to sit with heavy or worrisome experiences alone. They often become more manageable when you have a place to share them and make sense of what you’re going through. I offer a supportive space to explore how anxiety, depression, grief, stress and other difficult experiences are affecting your sense of self and your life.

Together, we can look at the stories you’ve developed about yourself and your experiences, make room for other perspectives, and reconnect with the strengths, values and relationships that matter to you. We can build on what you already know and the ways you’ve managed difficult things in the past, while exploring what you want for the future and working toward feeling more grounded and hopeful again.
