About Me

I am a registered social worker and therapist in Toronto, Ontario, currently seeing clients online across Ontario. I specialize in supporting people to live well with illness, but I also work with people experiencing a wide range of difficulties and challenges—from everyday stress, relationship issues, ADHD and anxiety to grief, loss, and depression.

My work is grounded in narrative therapy, which means I’m interested in the stories we develop about ourselves and our lives, and how those stories can be shaped by our experiences, relationships, and the world around us. I strive to provide an open and welcoming space where you can share your story, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and explore possibilities for where you want to go from here. Together, we can make room for a fuller and more hopeful story about your life.

Just as the people I see as clients have many stories to their lives, I too have had a variety of experiences that have shaped and informed my work as a social worker and therapist. I grew up with a chronic illness, have known loss in many ways, and am a mum to two energetic and thoughtful kids. I have a Bachelor of Fine Art in Film and Video Production and have worked as a nanny, a social worker, on film shoots, and as a photographer. I have travelled the world and gone on outdoor adventures with a charity that provides support to young adults with Type 1 diabetes.

These experiences, and many others, have taught me about resilience, the power of perspective and storytelling, and the importance of creativity and flexibility. They have also shown me the value of stepping outside of my comfort zone and finding different ways of moving through life when things don't go as planned.

If, amongst all the adventures of your life, you have also experienced a story that is painful or challenging and needs some care, I hope you'll consider booking a consultation. We can work together to make sense of what you're experiencing, reconnect with what matters to you, and find a way forward that feels more hopeful and grounded.
